At The Recycle Lady Eco Store Ltd we aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and of the highest quality.
All prices are quoted in British pounds (£). We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate, however occasionally changes occur. If this happens, we will contact you prior to shipping and confirm that you agree to the revised price or alternatively give the option to change or cancel the order.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If your order is out of stock, we will back order for you. If the delivery of the goods to us is expected to take more than a few days we will contact you to ensure you still want to go ahead with the order.
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT which is charged at the relevant rate (17.5%, 5% and 0%).
Your payment will be made on a secure site, namely Pay PAL.
Prices indicated are also inclusive of postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.
You will receive an email confirming your order with-in 24 hours of placing the order, except at weekends & bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holidays could take up to 72 hours to process.
